The rules for using Couple Swap, publishing a profile and arranging a meet.
By using Couple Swap you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Couple Swap is an adults-only directory for couples aged 18 and over.
1. Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to view adult-oriented dating content in your location. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements. You must not use the site on behalf of a minor or publish any content involving minors.
2. What Couple Swap is
Couple Swap is a directory that displays profiles submitted by couples. We are not a dating platform, chat provider, escort agency or matchmaking service. We do not arrange meetings, take payments, verify identity or guarantee that any profile is accurate. Conversations happen directly between users on third-party services such as Telegram and WhatsApp.
3. Profiles and consent
By submitting a profile, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you own or have permission to use every photo, and that every person shown has consented to publication. You must not submit photos of anyone else without their permission. We may remove any profile at any time, for any reason, including for reports of impersonation or non-consensual content.
4. Acceptable use
- Be respectful and honest. Do not harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against anyone.
- Do not send unsolicited explicit images or pressure anyone into anything.
- Do not advertise or solicit sexual services, prostitution, trafficking or any illegal activity.
- Do not impersonate another person or publish their private information.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish profiles, photos or site content without permission.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or interfere with the site.
5. Meeting in person
Any meeting arranged through the site is solely between the people involved. You are responsible for your own safety, boundaries and decisions. Couple Swap does not screen users, run background checks or supervise meetings. Read our safety guide and never send money to someone you have not met.
6. Third-party links
The site contains links to Telegram, WhatsApp and advertising partners. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
7. Advertising
Couple Swap is supported by advertising. Advertisements are provided by third parties and do not constitute an endorsement by Couple Swap. We are not responsible for products or services advertised by third parties.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couple Swap is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or dispute arising from your use of the site, a profile, a conversation or a meeting arranged through it.
9. Removal and reports
If you are featured without consent, are under 18, or believe a profile is abusive or fraudulent, message us on Telegram with the profile link. We will review and remove content where appropriate. You can ask for your profile to be removed at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
